Today was Allison's 1st birthday. The Zieg's had us over for a nice party with friends and family. Allison got some great gifts including an awesome table and chairs set from Ikea. Griffin even let her play with his new birthday turtle. We got her a newborn Cabbage Patch doll which I think she will love. I usually buy educational gifts like books, but I can't resist all the cute girl things. Both Griffin and Allison went almost all day without a nap, but boy were they both exhausted this afternoon. Lori made the cutest pink cupcake-shaped cake. We all had a blast and can't wait to celebrate Grif's birthday with them next weekend. Happy birthday Allison. We can't believe its been a year already.
