Grif's 1st Father's Day

This picture was not taken on Father's Day, but it sure is cute. Yesterday was Griffin's 1st Father's Day. We all had a great day with Michael. We woke up early and made him some coffee and brought him the paper in bed. He loved his gifts. Being the all-American guy that he is, all that he wanted was a framed copy of the Declaration of Independence and the Apostles Creed. We had hung them up around the house and made him go hunt for them. He was so excited to get exactly what he had asked for. He made us some yummy breakfast sandwiches and then headed out in the yard. In the afternoon we joined the rest of the Poast clan and headed up to Dayton to the Shermans for a grill-out and fun in the wading pool. Griffin joined Ana and Ellie for some fun times. The weather was beautiful for a perfect Father's Day.
